All items are shipped by air from Marrakech, so your order shouldn't take more than 1-3 business days between the time it takes off and when it arrives at your door.

Unfortunately, DHLdoes not allow for weekend delivery.

For shipments to the USA and to Europe, it's on us! All of our prices include the cost of shipping.For international orders, it depends on where you live. Shipping rates will populate during checkout.

As soon as your rug leaves Marrakech, we'll send you a tracking number to follow its journey across the world.

We take every precaution to keep your rug safe in transit, but if something happens along the way, don't worry. Drop us a line via contact@craftilymarrakech.com and we'll make it right.

You are delivered by DHL or Fedex to your home within 2 to 3 working days. In case of unavailability, you can postpone the delivery to the desired day or ask to collect your package at a relay point.

After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and receive a refund. Because every piece is made just for you, entirely by hand, orders cannot be canceled past this deadline.

Someone will need to be present at the address to sign for the delivery of your rug. This is precious cargo!

If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged where applicable. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by CRAFTILY MARRAKECH and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law. As for Duties, they do not apply to shipments to the USA.

Outside the USA, ALL destinations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in your final purchase price. You will instead be invoiced by our shipping partner, FedEx or DHL, and be liable for all charges applied to your order.

All commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT.All imports of goods into the EU will require a formal customs declaration. A new (optional) VAT collection scheme will be introduced for online sellers/online platforms.

All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and designs are correct before submitting your order!

Our greatest achievement is your total satisfaction! if the product has a defect or was damaged during delivery. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the order for a full refund. You will receive in your package all the instructions to facilitate your return.

The 100% natural Berber rug is perfectly resistant to years and many cleanings and washes. Indeed, as wool naturally contains a lot of lanolin oil, washings will bring out even more the oil in the fiber and the carpet will look even more beautiful over the years. Use a mild detergent when washing.
